It emphasizes whole, unprocessed foods—fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins like fish, and healthy fats like olive oil. Most importantly try to eat whole foods unprocessed and if you can organic produce, pasture raised meat and wild caught fish.
Along with a healthy diet, supplements such as omega-3s, magnesium, and vitamins D and B12 can play a crucial role in enhancing athletic performance, maintaining energy levels, and aiding recovery.
2. Adequate Sleep: 7-9 Hours for Recovery
Sleep is often overlooked but plays a critical role in our health. Quality sleep (7-9 hours per night) is essential for recovery, muscle repair, and mental clarity. By maintaining consistent sleep patterns, you give your body the best chance to rejuvenate and function optimally.

Drink plenty of water throughout the day, and consider adding electrolytes—such as sodium, potassium, and magnesium—especially after strenuous exercise. Personal Natural Electrolyte Recipe I Use After Activity Is:
1 lime
1 table spoon of honey
1 pinch of Pink Himalayan salt
8-12oz of alkaline water
