Dr. Jared L. Hoffman is a second-generation chiropractor dedicated to providing elite, results-driven chiropractic care in Boynton Beach and throughout Palm Beach County.
He earned his undergraduate degree from Florida Atlantic University before continuing his education at Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida, where he received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree.
Following graduation, Dr. Jared joined his father’s practice, continuing a family legacy that has been serving the community since 1981.

Originally from Peabody, Massachusetts, she began her journey in healthcare at University of Lynchburg, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Health Promotion. She continued her education at Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida, earning her Doctor of Chiropractic degree.
Known for her warm and approachable personality, Dr. Breezy creates a comfortable, welcoming environment for both parents and children.
