Health is wealth!
Here is my weekly regimen:

🥗Healthy foods

  1. Chiropractic Care: a system optimizing human performance and potential by restoring or enhancing the body’s function.

  2. Exercise: The importance of exercise is more then just weight loss. Exercise promotes healthy organs and anti-aging cells. My weekly goal is 5-6 times a week.

  3. Epsom Salt: 2-3 a week I do an Epsom salt bath 10-15 minutes to help my body recover. Magnesium Sulfate is in Epsom salt and allows for muscle relief. A good way to recover and ease the mind. 🛁

  4. Water: Water is an essential for life. In adequate water intake will lead to many problems. 2 easy signs you are not drinking enough water is urine color and body cramps.80% of your spinal disc are composed of water. Keep them healthy!

  5. Meditation/Yoga: Long days or weeks can be stressful. Everyone needs a little zen to ease the mind. My choice is yoga for many reasons. Flexibility is the key to youth. Also every yoga class has a final pose Savannah. , Corpse Pose, or Mrtasana, is often used for relaxation at the end of a session.

  6. Healthy Foods: A healthy diet is not a diet fad. It’s a lifestyle choice. Your body is your vehicle take care of it.
